i-Logisitic Corp., a logistics business company in the ITOCHU Corporation Group, has changed its corporate name to ITOCHU Logistics Corp. effective January 1, 2010.

In July 2009, ITOCHU Corporation (“ITOCHU”) made i-Logistics Corp. its subsidiary with the aim of bolstering its functions in the field of logistics, an important function for a general trading company, through integrated management. ITOCHU will take this opportunity of changing the name of the subsidiary to provide customers in Japan and overseas with superior functions and better logistics services through ongoing efforts to enhance Group strength.
