(headquartered in Koto-ku, Tokyo; President: Kentaro Iemoto; “CLARA ONLINE”), a hosting service provider. As a result, ITOCHU holds a 12.76% stake in CLARA ONLINE.

CLARA ONLINE is Asia's leading hosting provider based in Tokyo, Nagoya, Singapore and Taiwan. With a vision of becoming the “No.1 internet service platform company in Asia,” it manages servers in ten data centers in seven cities, namely Tokyo, Gifu, Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur.

ITOCHU will use the domestic and overseas networks of its Group to work with CLARA ONLINE in attracting customers for hosting services and developing operations in Asia.
