The Topping Bar allows you to customize your salad or ice cream by choosing from a variety of sustainable ingredients. As you enjoy toppings, you can learn about the background and story behind the ingredients, and experience the excitement of thinking about the future of the earth. Vegetable chips that help solve food loss, fair trade chocolates that support the livelihood of producers, and plant-based cheeses that are friendly to the earth's environment. We offer a dining experience where "choosing what you like will make the future of our planet or someone else's a little better" from ingredients that are delicious to the eyes and taste buds.

    A gallery space to expand the world of sustainable food. If you find something you like, such as sustainable food or kitchen goods, you can purchase it online directly from the QR code. It is also a great place to buy souvenirs for yourself and your loved ones.
  • EVENT SPACE
    The event space "HOSHI NO KITCHEN Hanare," located besides the main dining room, will be rented free of charge to food product manufacturers and restaurants that are involved in sustainable food and beverage businesses, and collaborative events such as pop-up bar/cafe/dining and workshops will be held.
