Diapers, wipes, and wet wipes are available for sale.
No food is allowed. Beverages and baby food (commercially available, unopened and individually wrapped) are allowed.

Please read the rules for use of the facility before using the facility.
Reservations must be made in advance, so please make a reservation using the reservation form.
Reservation slots open at 09:00 on the 15th of each month until the end of the following month.

Facility Use Guidelines

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult (such as a parent, guardian or other person 18years of age or older) to enter the facility. Children's safety is the responsibility of the accompanying adult. Adults shall remain with children at all times.
  • We may temporarily not permit entry to new visitors when the facility is crowded. Your reservation shall be cancelled if you do not arrive by the reserved time.
  • Following the announcement of revised guidelines regarding the wearing of masks by the Japanese government, from Monday, March 13, 2023, wearing of masks within the facility will be left to the discretion of children and accompanying adults.
  • Only the following outside food and drink may be brought into ITOCHU SDGS STUDIO KIDS PARK. "Beverages" "Commercially available packaged baby foods(unopened and individually packaged foods only)"
  • Pets are not allowed in the facility.
  • We are not liable for any accidents, incidents, injuries or illnesses that occur within the facility.
  • Persons with temperatures of 37.5°C or higher shall not be permitted entry.
  • Individuals who have or are suspected of having an infectious disease (including mumps, measles, rubella, influenza and COVID-19) shall be refused entry.
  • In the event of an unexpected accident or natural disaster the facility may be closed without notice.
  • Photographs and videos may be taken inside the facility, except for commercial purposes. However, in cases where it may be considered a nuisance to other users, you may be asked to discontinue doing so.
  • Please refrain from taking toys and goods that are the property of KIDS PARK outside the facility.
  • Dangerous articles, alcoholic substances (excluding those used for sanitization purposes) and toys may not be brought into the facility.
  • Please take your garbage home with you.
  • Visitors with strollers are asked to leave them in the designated area near the entrance.
  • The facility does not have a dedicated car or bicycle parking area. If you have come by car, please use the Itochu Garden Parking Lot or another nearby parking lot.
  • Visitors responsible for loss or damages related to the facility building, its equipment, furnishings, etc. may be billed for the cost of replacement or repair.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can only adults be admitted?

Adults only are not permitted.

Can only children be admitted?

Children are not allowed to enter the facility alone. A parent or adult* must accompany the child. (*A dependent or a person equivalent to a guardian over the age of 18.)

How many children are allowed per adult?

For safety reasons, a maximum of 3 children per adult (not including 4th grade elementary school students and older) is allowed to enter together.

Can I temporarily leave and re-enter?

Yes, you can. Please refrain from leaving the facility temporarily with only children or adults. Please note that re-entry may not be possible depending on crowding situation.

Is it possible to switch adults?

Yes, it is possible.

What is the target age group?

The facility is designed for children from preschool age to early elementary school age.

Can my baby play with it?

There is space for infants and toddlers.

Can I enter without a reservation?

Advance reservations are required. Please make a reservation through the reservation page.

Can we make group reservations?

Reservations can be made for up to 10 persons per couple.

Do you accept credit cards and electronic money?

Yes, we accept credit cards and electronic money.

Is eating and drinking allowed?

No food is allowed. Beverages and baby food (commercially available, unopened and individually wrapped) are allowed.

Can I bring my own beverages?

You can bring your own.

Can I enter with a stroller?

Baby strollers can be left at the entrance. Please leave your stroller in the stroller storage area before entering.

Do you have lockers with locks?

Free of charge. All may be in use during busy times.

Are wheelchair-accessible?

Admission.

Can I enter with my pet?

Pets are not allowed.

Is there parking and bicycle parking available?

There is no dedicated parking or bicycle parking. If coming by car, please use the Itochu Garden Parking Lot or other nearby parking lots.

Is there a nursing room or diaper changing area?

Located in the facility.

Can I take photos and videos in the KIDS PARK?

You are free to take pictures for personal use only. Please be considerate of other users.

When is it crowded?

Weekends are often crowded, but weekdays are relatively relaxing.
