The ICT & Machinery Company comprises four divisions and one department: the Plant Project & Marine Division, the Automobile & Construction Machinery Division, the Aerospace & Industrial Systems Division, the Information & Communication Technology Division and the Healthcare Business Department, and is developing its business in a broad array of areas, from large-scale power/chemical plants, bridges, railways, water and other social infrastructure, aircraft, ships, automobiles, industrial machinery and construction machinery to IT services, internet business, media, mobile devices and life and healthcare businesses .
Domestically, it conducts the sales and maintenance of computer network systems, software development outsourcing, mobile phone related business, as well as medical- and health-related business, while promoting overseas trading and global business investments. In addition, it is making bold steps in developing the field of new technology and new business, in the water- and environment-related equipment business, in secondary batteries, such as lithium ion, and environmental IT areas, reproducible and alternative energy related business, for the creation of new revenue bases.

The Growth Strategies of the ICT & Machinery Company
Strategy
The ICT & Machinery Company will aggressively acquire assets in the machinery-related sector, which is one of the four business sectors targeted for increased assets under the new medium-term management plan. We will acquire assets in infrastructure projects in the plant project & marine business, in retail finance in the automobile & construction machinery business, and in aircraft leasing in the aerospace business. At the same time, in growth business areas that will become future earnings bases, such as rechargeable battery-related operations and TV Home / Internet Shopping business, we will bolster and accelerate our operational initiatives. Moreover, we will strive to steadily expand our earnings from trade related / peripheral to acquired assets and investment. In Life & Healthcare, under the medical value chain concept, we will further expand trade in domestic and overseas markets.
