2. Warning emails purporting to be from our company‘s legal department to Facebook administrators, stating that content on Facebook violates copyright.
3. Instances of fraudulent activities in Vietnam where fake websites impersonating our company suggest employment opportunities and deceive individuals into paying fees.

4. Instances of a company presenting materials listing our company’s name without permission as a business partner or shareholder in order to solicit the purchase of shares of a company that will allegedly soon be listed.
5. Instances of solicitation for investment in Australia by telephone or email using a company name similar to ours.
6. Instances of a person claiming to be an employee of our company or affiliates soliciting securities transactions such as corporate bonds.
