Since joining ITOCHU Corporation, Mr. Kenji Takai has been primarily engaged in finance and accounting-related operations. He has served as General Manager of the Tax Planning & Control Department, General Accounting Control Division, Deputy General Manager of the General Accounting Control Division, Chief Financial Officer of the Energy & Chemicals Company, and General Manager of the Internal Audit Division. Since May 2024, he has served as a full-time Audit & Supervisory Board Member at FamilyMart Co., Ltd.
