ITOCHU Announces Integrated Report 2025 Received Grand Prize at the 5th NIKKEI Integrated Report Award

ITOCHU Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Keita Ishii, President & COO; hereinafter “ITOCHU”) announced today that its Integrated Report 2025 has received the Grand Prize, positioned as the highest award, at the 5th NIKKEI Integrated Report Award organized by Nikkei Inc. (This is our second Grand Prize, and the first in three years.)
In addition, at this award which marks the 5th holding since the renewal in 2021, we also received the newly established Legend Prize (a special prize awarded to companies that have won prizes for five consecutive years).
ITOCHU regards the Integrated Report as an important tool for dialogue with investors. We will continue to sincerely listen to voices from the market, and while exploring the evolution of our Integrated Report with a "market-oriented" perspective, we will promote IR activities that contribute to further enhancement of corporate value.
