ITOCHU Announces Signing of Domestic Import and Distribution Agreement with Vinarchy, One of the World’s Largest Wine Companies

ITOCHU Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Keita Ishii, President & COO; hereinafter “ITOCHU”) announced today that it has signed an import and distribution agreement for the Japanese market with Vinarchy (headquartered in Adelaide, Australia; Danny Celoni, CEO), a leading Australian winery. Under this agreement, beginning in January 2026, ITOCHU will be responsible for importing Vinarchy products, while ITOCHU-Shokuhin Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Osaka-shi, Osaka; Hitoshi Okamoto, President & Representative Director; hereinafter “ITOCHU-Shokuhin”) will handle sales, beginning the domestic distribution of Vinarchy’s diverse collection of wine brands in Japan.
