Regarding Certain Media Coverage

Some media has reported that we, ITOCHU Corporation, are allegedly considering an investment into Aviation Capital Group LLC, a subsidiary of Tokyo Century Corporation, but we have made no such announcement.

While we are considering this matter, at this moment there is nothing determinative. If there is any decision to be disclosed, we will do so in a timely manner.
