Yesterday, Nikkei Inc. reported that ITOCHU Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Keita Ishii, President & COO; hereinafter "ITOCHU") would conduct a tender offer for the shares of DENTSU SOKEN INC..
However, this information was not announced by ITOCHU. ITOCHU will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors today regarding this matter, and if a decision is made, ITOCHU will promptly disclose it.
