- In the exercise of the Company`s rights and performance of its obligations under the Companies Act of Japan;
- Providing benefits to the shareholders in their capacity as shareholders of the Company;
- In the implementation of measures to facilitate a smooth relationship between the shareholders and the Company;
- For the shareholders` data management by the Company, such as produce their data in accordance with the standards and specifications under the relevant laws and regulations; or
- Any other activities related to or incidental to the above purposes.
