ITOCHU Europe PLC and ITOCHU Italiana S.p.A., the local European subsidiaries of ITOCHU Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Masahiro Okafuji, President & CEO; hereinafter “ITOCHU”) announced today that they have decided to make a donation of 30,000 euro to the Italian Red Cross for disaster relief in the wake of the 6.2-magnitude earthquake that struck central Italy on August 24, local time.
