ITOCHU Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Keita Ishii, President & COO; hereinafter “ITOCHU”) was selected for the List of Superior Companies in the Gomez ESG Site Rankings 2024 for the fifth consecutive year and ranked No. 1 overall across all sectors for the fourth consecutive year.

This ranking is undertaken to evaluate the depth of information provided on listed companies’ websites; ITOCHU was evaluated highly based on our sustainability website, including our ESG Report, and was ranked No.1 on the List of Superior Companies among 183 companies.

The survey process consists of five categories: 1) website’s ease of use, 2) overall ESG information, 3) environmental (E) information, 4) social (S) information, and 5) governance (G) information. Evaluation criteria are set by incorporating not only the perspectives of core users like shareholders and investors, but also those of a wide range of stakeholders.

ITOCHU is committed to ESG initiatives and will continue to engage in proactive information disclosure.
