As the ITOCHU Group’s housebuilder, ITOHPIA HOME has supplied more than 15,000 detached homes to date, mainly in the Tokyo Metropolitan area. Meanwhile, CHUSETSU Engineering provides diagnosis, planning, design, construction, maintenance, management and repair services backed by an extensive track record that includes building plants and logistics facilities and constructing logistics systems for processed foods.

Daiken, an operating company that belongs to the ITOCHU Group provides a wide range of eco-friendly construction materials for creating spacious buildings with an emphasis on safety and comfort. Daiken uses its own unique concepts and technologies to develop raw materials such as wood-based resources, mineral resources and Japanese paper, and uses these raw materials in the development of high-performance building materials that form spaces focusing on safety, peace of mind, health and comfort.
